The concept idea is to develop the project complied with the vision of “Ramintra Neighborhood TOD Community” which improves from the concept of the City Restoration and the Transit-Oriented Development. By emphasizing the development based on the acceptance of the existing community along with the development of society on quality of life in the form of urban society that have been restored in environment, habitat and facilities that able to accommodate to the population increasing in the community appropriately.
