The project aims to contribute and motivate the growing of business and investment as Hat Yai city Municipality is the center of economy, transportation, government and education or can be called ‘Southern Downtown’. Thus, the objectives are to develop the potential of the site and enhance the touristic
places of municipality to be national level.

Originals under the Royal Initiative of His Majesty the King Rama IX by conveying the story from the past since the start point of feeding dairy cows which is the memorable history. Involve with the background of the dairy farm, DPO originated from the strong relationship between Thailand and Denmark. The project represented the relation of two Kings towards dairy cows feeding in Thailand. Thus, to develop the project is to identify the entity of the lifestyle and geography between two countries along with harmoniously integrate to the planning and being an Honor of the Kings from both countries.
Ratchadamnoen Avenue is one of Bangkok’s most important roads, and it has witnessed several chapters of Thai history including many royal and state ceremonies. This historical richness makes it a perfect site for cultural tourism, especially in exhibiting the evolution of Bangkok’s urban lifestyle. The project
aims to holistically develop the area and lead to a more sustainable city.
The developed area of Nakhon Sawan Municipality which follow the vision ‘City of Paradise’ from the completed urban process in order to create the wellbeing sustainable city and community in terms of physical, economic, social, and environment. Moreover, being the gateway to the North, especially the origin of Chao Phraya river, to be the highlight destination for nation level up to international level.
State Railway of Thailand purposes to increase the performance of earning profit from property management as a measure to solve the department problems. The process is to develop the master plan of 12 station districts including Thonburi, Sri Racha, Nakhon Sawan, Sila At, Pak Chong, Bua Yai Junction, Nong Khai, Ubon Ratchathani, Bung Wai - Pho Mun Intersection, Cha Am, Chumphon, Surat Thani, and Phang-nga – Tha Nun in order to productively support the increasing potential of the railing transportation and drive the value of the site to maximize the advantages in the future.
